Gail is the office manager and coordinator for Marshall Maxwell Entertainment Agency.   Her attention to details and organization have made our clients events remain in tune.   On one occasion, Gail successfully moved a wedding reception from the outside terrace to inside the hotel when there was signs that the weather was about to change.   She worked with hotel management, caterers, musicians and key personnel to move everything inside so quickly and quietly that the guests of the wedding had no idea that the reception was to be originally held outside.   Gail helps Marshall and Marcus stay focused on our clients entertainment by maintaining the tempo of  the event like maestro.
